PENNANT UPDATE
Both our Men’s and Women’s teams will be competing in finals this weekend.
Following a convincing win over Kooyonga on Monday 20 April, our Women’s Cleek 1 team has progressed through to the Final, where they will take on Blackwood at Aston Hills this Monday.
Our Men’s B2 team also recorded a hard-fought win over table leaders West Lakes to secure their place in the Semi Final against Highercombe this Sunday 26 April at Mount Osmond.
Our Junior Division 2 team narrowly missed out on finals, but still enjoyed a very solid season, recording four halved matches, two losses and one win to finish fifth and retain their place in Division 2. It was great experience for our juniors, many of whom were having their first taste of match play golf. Special thanks go to Justin and Julie Byers for their tireless efforts in managing the team, which is certainly no easy task.
Our Hickory Team also had an excellent season in the Eagle pool, finishing top of their pool with three wins and a draw. This earned them a semi-final against Thaxted Park from the Birdie pool. Although they were defeated, the experience of playing finals will no doubt prove invaluable heading into the 2027 season.

Both our Men’s and Women’s teams will be competing in finals this weekend.

WOMEN’S OPENING DAY
Tuesday 31 March marked the start of the Women’s 2026/27 season with our Opening Day Step Away Ambrose Competition.
It was fantastic to see the new season underway, and with 18 new members already signed up this year, women’s golf is booming at Westward Ho! 🏌️♀️⛳️👊
